Overview
The goal of our Preschool and infant Center is to develop each child’s individual personality and provide them with the early education that will lay a firm foundation for their academic career. Our school is staffed with teachers and care givers that are eager to show God’s love to each child and help him or her grow mentally, emotionally, developmentally, and spiritually. To us, excellence is more than just a good idea – it is imperative.
Our facility is fully accredited "with quality" by the Georgia Accrediting Commission and our preschool classes utilize the academically challenging Abeka curriculum. Our core subjects include Bible, Phonics, Handwriting, Reading, Math, Science, and Language Arts. The Abeka curriculum is biblically integrated and incorporates a strong academic base for learning. All subjects are taught using a well-planned curriculum guide containing the Georgia PreK standards along with our Abeka Standards. We also offer an on site library, and activity/puppet room, Spanish classes, music classes to expand each child’s learning and creativity. We teach a daily Bible lesson and one chapel service per week, emphasizing the importance of worship, prayer, Bible study, and Scripture memorization. Our pre-k classes take several fun and educational field trips during the year such as the Center for Puppetry Arts, the Tellus Science museum, etc. Our full-service cafeteria is located in our building and each classroom is equipped with a restroom and water fountain for the children’s use.
Our preschool students are required to wear monogrammed school uniforms which are available at the uniform stores listed on our website. Infants and nursery children also have dress code guidelines which are listed in our handbook.
Our facility is open during the convenient hours of 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please see our Nursery and Preschool Calendar for holiday and school closings.
Grace Baptist Christian Nursery and Preschool is a school driven toward excellence in every aspect of our program. We strive to keep God our priority and be good stewards of these precious children he has placed in our care.

Mission Focus
We teach the children the importance of missions and giving to help others. We will spotlight a missionary every month. Each month our classes will send notes, drawing, etc to let them know we are praying for them. We will also have school wide dress down days the first Friday of each month as well as mission days such as “Eagle Tuck Ins” where our eagle mascot tucks in our students for rest time. We also have ice cream that is for sale for $1.00 in our lunchroom they can buy at lunch and we use this money for local mission support, such as a school family in need, etc. Through missions we can touch the world.
