SCHOOL LUNCH ANNOUNCEMENT

To: Parents, Students & Administrators of Grace Baptist Christian School

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company to you. SLA Management is an Orlando, Florida based school lunch management company. We manage nearly 40 private mostly Christian school lunch programs throughout Florida and Georgia.

We are pleased to announce that our company will be establishing a school lunch program at Grace Baptist Christian School for the August 2010-2011 school year. We will be producing all of the daily meals in the existing kitchen and lunch service area. We have a wonderful, diverse and successful school meal program and we are very excited about the opportunity to build the meal program at Grace. Mr. Von Jenkins will remain with our lunch team.

All of our school meals will be high quality, balanced, and nutritious meals. We use the highest quality ingredients in our meals. All elementary meals meet and often exceed National school lunch daily values for protein, vegetable or fruit, dairy and grain. All menus are free of trans fats, are low in sodium, sugar, and fat. All menus are reviewed and approved by a Registered Dietician. Elementary school meals will be priced at $4.00 per meal beverage included, and menus will be posted in advance. We will publish menus each and every month. No advance ordering is necessary.

Our Middle and Upper School meal program offers multiple daily hot and cold meal options in a cafe format geared to healthy based, young adult preferred meal options. Middle and High school meals will be priced at $5.00 beverage included.
