Middle School
Grades 6-8
The middle school program at Grace Baptist Christian School is coordinated in such a way that students are prepared in advance for the rigorous academic, extracurricular, and spiritual environment of the high school. Students are taught the basic academics with special consideration for mathematics. In addition, students are exposed to a variety of extracurricular disciplines including art, music, foreign language, keyboarding, and physical education.
The preparation given in middle school enables students to succeed as they enter the world of college preparation in high school.
In addition to the academic and extracurricular considerations, the school places special emphasis on spiritual growth. Each week the school provides time for chapel where students can listen to God’s Word and grow in their spiritual walk with Christ. GBCS also requires that each student take a Bible class each day where the truth’s of God’s Word are daily taught.
